Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using thekperspective.com (the “website”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the website. If you are using the website on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

These terms cover use of the website itself. Where we agree to carry out work for you as a client, the written proposal, statement of work, or contract we sign with you governs that engagement, and it takes priority over anything on this page that conflicts with it.

What we provide

Our services include search engine optimisation and search visibility strategy, technical SEO, content writing and strategy, website design and development, and advice on AI search visibility, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for your project are set out in the proposal or agreement we send you — nothing on this website commits us to work we have not agreed to in writing.

Using the Search Visibility Checker

The free Search Visibility Checker analyses a website address you submit and returns a report. It is provided as a general screening tool to help you understand a website’s search visibility. When you use it:

• You must only submit website addresses you own or are authorised to assess.
• You agree not to use the tool to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service, including automated bulk submissions made without our permission.
• Reports are generated from an automated crawl of publicly available pages at a point in time. They can miss things, and some findings may need a human review to be accurate.
• The report is guidance, not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, citations, or revenue.

Downloadable resources

Checklists, frameworks, and templates offered on this website are licensed to you for your own internal use. You may not resell them, republish them as your own, or redistribute them commercially without our written permission.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business, website, and goals, and access we need to do the work.
• Make sure the content, products, and services on your website are lawful and that you hold the rights to the material you ask us to use.
• Keep your login and booking credentials confidential if any are issued to you.
• Use the website and our tools lawfully and not in a way that infringes anyone’s rights.

Intellectual property

The website’s design, text, branding, and the scoring framework behind the K Search Visibility Score™ belong to The K Perspective unless stated otherwise. Work we create for you is transferred to you as set out in your agreement once payment for that work is settled. We may describe the work we have done and show it in our portfolio or case studies, unless you ask us in writing not to.

No guarantee of results

Search rankings, AI platform citations, and traffic are influenced by factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and your own website decisions. We apply proven methods and report honestly on what we find, but we do not promise specific rankings, positions, or outcomes, and no part of this website should be read as such a promise.

Third-party tools and links

The website links to third-party services such as scheduling tools, analytics, social platforms, and client projects. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, we do not control them, and we are not responsible for what they do or the content they host.

Fees, payment and cancellation

Where a project is agreed, fees, payment timing, and the process for pausing or ending the work are stated in your proposal or contract. If no separate agreement exists, work is billed as quoted and any pre-paid, unused portion is handled as described in the quote we sent you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, The K Perspective is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website, free tools, or downloadable resources, including lost profits or lost opportunity. For paid services, our liability is limited to the fees you actually paid for the work in question. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, and disputes will be handled by the courts of the Philippines, unless your signed client agreement says otherwise. If you are a consumer, this does not affect any rights you have under the law of your own country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
